German man finds 38cm surgical clamp left inside him after operation

A German man, after being treated with an operation in a hospital, not only did he not get well, but he often felt abdominal pain and had serious internal bleeding. Thereafter, the doctors operated on him continuously 5 times, and it was not until the most recent treatment that the hospital revealed the truth: during the first surgery, a 38 cm long operating clamp was left inside his abdomen, which resulted in some of his internal organs being shredded!
