According to reports by Hong Kong media on November 6, a male and female auxiliary police officers from the Hung Hom Police Station had been operating an underground brothel in a residential unit in Kwun Tong for the past three years. They lured policemen from various districts with tactics such as "free prostitution" to act as their "protective umbrella." This male-female pair reportedly earned as much as HKD 80 million annually. In one of the rooms, multiple mainland prostitutes were available for customers to choose from.
After receiving an exclusive tip-off, reporters conducted an investigation, witnessing firsthand the operation of the brothel and observing mainland prostitutes being available for selection by clients in a mysterious room. Two days later, the Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC) took action, arresting at least five police officers, including this pair of auxiliary police officers who were the "big bosses" of the illicit trade. The underground brothel was cleverly hidden within a residential unit, relying solely on word-of-mouth promotion among its patrons, and there was often a queue outside.
Sources revealed that the brothel operated for 14 to 16 hours daily, almost every day except during festivals. The prostitutes earned HKD 350 per customer, of which HKD 250 was handed over to the group. With ten prostitutes seeing ten customers each daily, the group's daily income would reach HKD 25,000, amounting to over HKD 80 million annually.
It is reported that the operators of this mysterious brothel are a male and female auxiliary police officer, both in their forties. Both are stationed at the Hung Hom Police Station; the male auxiliary officer, whose shoulder badge number ends with "0," is nicknamed "Ah Ling," while the female auxiliary officer is called "Ah Zi." They have a close relationship but are not married. The group has been operating in Lok Cheung Building for nearly three years without any trouble and has become increasingly prosperous.
