Lai Tangyuan, Zhongjiang noodles, Emerald Rice, refined dumpling flour... The heavy snow did not disperse the crowds at the Fine Grains and Oils exhibition of the 12th Sichuan Spring Festival Goods Fair held on January 24th. On that day, the organizing committee specially launched a super-sized tangyuan which weighed around 130 pounds. Regrettably this "tangyuan" can only be viewed but not eaten as no pot is big enough to cook it.
