The movie tells that the US government wants to hire people to go deep into a country in South America to overthrow the local dictatorial rule, but no one dares to accept such a mission. Eventually, this task falls on a special operations group led by Sylvester Stallone. The leader played by Stallone, Barney Ross, is a man who has little to lose. He is far-sighted yet cynical. His only trusted partners are his old truck, seaplane, and his loyal team.
