T-600 In the fourth set of Terminator, the humanoid robot that appears is the T-600, an earlier version of the T-800. Therefore, they appear more primitive and fierce than the T-800. Director McG describes it this way: "If the T-800 is a Mercedes-Benz launched in 2009, then the T-600 is a Buick '57."
As an earlier version of the T-800, the design of the T-600 robot is very basic. Its huge body is simply covered with rubber to hide its internal steel skeleton. They are constantly searching for all animals with a pulse; their sole purpose is to hunt and kill. The T-600 carries a small M134 machine gun, sufficient ammunition, and a grenade launcher. The producers prefer to create the T-600 on the battlefield rather than on the production line. These machines easily expose their true form in the midst of battle. The crew uses artificial synthesis and computer technology to make the T-600 look as primitive and crude as possible. For example, when you see their faces, you will notice exaggerated jaws or distorted skin.
T-700 The T-700 robot is an upgraded version of the T-600 robot. It weighs less and is shorter than the T-600, making it faster and more agile. Its appearance already closely resembles that of a human.
