After being made into an album, it became one of the hottest-selling discs at that time, and its sales record remained unbroken for many years afterward. Chen Lin's songs brought a fresh breeze to the otherwise sluggish domestic pop music scene, despite her somewhat flamboyant personality. Chen Lin was one of my favorite female singers from mainland China.
