Section One: Regarding Application Criteria
1. Who is eligible to apply for a civil service position?
All individuals who meet the requirements stipulated in Article Eleven of the Civil Servant Law of the People's Republic of China, the conditions for application specified in the "Announcement on the Recruitment of Civil Servants for Central Government Organs and Their Direct Subordinate Institutions in 2010" (hereinafter referred to as the "Recruitment Announcement"), and the position qualification criteria stated in the "Recruitment Catalogue for Central Government Organs and Their Direct Subordinate Institutions in 2010" (hereinafter referred to as the "Recruitment Catalogue") are eligible to apply for civil service positions.
2. Who is not eligible to apply?
For this civil servant recruitment, the following individuals are not eligible to apply:
(1) Individuals who have previously been criminally punished for committing crimes or expelled from public office;
