The outrageous acts of a small number of rich second generation not only aroused public indignation, even shocked the party. Now, the tasks of maintaining growth, expanding domestic demand and benefiting people's livelihood are so heavy, but the Party still has to worry about these people, using taxpayers' money to provide them with classes for party spirit education, which is indeed excessive.
But I think if that's how the rich second generation wants to mess around in the world, the Party actually doesn't have to worry too much about them, they will be naturally eliminated by the market economy rules. As the saying goes, those who bring calamity upon themselves find no escape.
