During the recording of CCTV's 'Us' program, Mr. Ding interrupted the director when he was introducing the procedures and other guests when they were speaking. He showed no respect for the program arrangements or the staff on site, and left without permission halfway through the recording... The behavior of Mr. Ding Xueliang, professor at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, came as a shock and caused sadness. On August 19th, Wang Lifeng, chief producer and host of 'Us', posted an article on her blog pointing out that Mr. Ding behaves like an arrogant celebrity, and is unwelcome on the 'Us' show.
