Several pictures in the post showed two official-like men dining with their upper body naked, a male official standing next to an exposed transvestite taking photos together, and a man counting money next to a transvestite. All these behaviors appeared inappropriate. According to this, the poster believed that "naked eating, must be low quality", "taking photos with transvestites, must be lustful," "taking money out of the upper pocket, must not have much money" and "a mobile phone on the waist belt, must be a low-ranking official."
