Li Wei first maintained a close personal relationship with Chen Tonghai, and was later introduced to Du Shicheng, the former Deputy Secretary of the Shandong Provincial Committee and former Secretary of the Qingdao Municipal Committee, with whom she also established an intimate relationship.
The former General Manager of Sinopec Group, Chen Tonghai, and the former Secretary of the Qingdao Municipal Committee, Du Shicheng, formed a corrupt alliance with Li Wei. Li Wei has currently been transferred to the judicial authorities.
It is learned by the reporter that Chen Tonghai's downfall is not unrelated to Du Shicheng's whistleblowing.
