Blast scene is shocking

Please do not get me wrong. The picture below is not the scene of the terrorist attack that made the headlines today. Instead, it is a public welfare warning campaign conducted by the International Red Cross on the streets overseas. Judging from the degree of conformity between the scenes in the drawing board and the realistic buildings, it can be considered flawless and must have taken a lot of efforts.
