Position Description:

1. Responsible for program broadcasting and hosting work, candidates should be quick-witted with agile thinking, have a standard Mandarin pronunciation, and possess certain skills in news gathering, writing, and editing;

2. Have strong oral and written expression abilities, logical thinking ability, capable of handling program recording and hosting work, able to complete front-line editorial work for trend news;

3. Possess strong communication skills, learning ability, and adaptability;

4. Have a strong team spirit and rigorous work attitude;

5. Maintain relationships with artists, expand new artist connections, manage artist profiles, and other customer service tasks;

6. Associate degree or above, majoring in broadcasting, hosting, journalism, or related fields. Fresh graduates are welcome to come for auditions;

7. Candidates with experience in editorial, reporting, and hosting positions will be given priority;
