The head of the gangster organization, Xia Zhengyi [Chen Long], smuggles and traffics drugs, committing all sorts of evil deeds, yet he has become a wealthy man. Xia has an account book that records all his illegal activities, kept by his mistress. While investigating, they cause a string of jokes, earning them frequent reprimands from their superiors. Senior policewoman Anna [Deanie Ip] has a soft spot for Ah Qiu. With her help, the two find an informant, Gua Ye Wen [Tai Bo]. They visit Xia's mistress at night, but unfortunately, they arrive just a step too late.
