Krirk (played by Arthit Ivat) is a psychiatrist who treats mentally unstable prisoners at the Chiang Mai hospital, but his busy work also puts him under immense stress.
A policeman friend of Krirk's introduces him to a new case - a little girl suspected of being abused. Little Rern has countless bruises on her arms and often lets out piercing screams. She sees the ghost of a blood-covered boy in the mirror at her house, and feels an invisible force dragging her around on the floor.
Krirk wants to take Rern to the hospital for treatment, but her mother, Ying-on (played by Metta Thongdum), refuses to cooperate. She doesn't want others to think that Rern is crazy and just wants to live quietly.
