In the program "Jin Ping Mei and Dialects" aired on CCTV-4 on April 4, 2008, a Jinology expert mentioned that the term "luo zuo" only exists in Taicang City in the south. He claimed that "luo zuo" is unique to Taicang and does not exist elsewhere. The term "luo zuo" is mentioned multiple times in the book Jin Ping Mei, leading him to conclude that the author might be from Taicang. I think this expert is like a frog at the bottom of a well, narrow-minded and poorly informed. In our Linqing dialect, there is also the term "luo zuo", known by everyone, young and old alike. How can you claim that "luo zuo" is unique to Taicang?
