Synopsis:

Prisoner-fighter Yuri Boyka (Scott Adkins), who suffered a severe knee injury in the previous installment, has lost his fighting ability and is now relegated to cleaning duties in the prison. His past glory and battles seem like distant memories. Additionally, his parole request has been denied by the prison authorities. Unwilling to lose his freedom, Boyka pins his hopes on the International Prisoner Fighting Tournament, as the ultimate champion will be granted freedom.

After undergoing rigorous rehabilitation training, Boyka defeats and replaces Gaka's (Mark Ivanir) chosen participant, leading to another collaboration between the two. They head to the Gogon Prison in Georgia, where Boyka will compete against seven other prisoner-fighters from around the world to determine the sole Prisoner Fighting Champion.

Among the competitors are Tubur (Michael Shannon Jenkins) from the USA and "The Psycho" from Colombia, both formidable opponents. To secure his freedom, Boyka must overcome them. However, he soon realizes that his true enemy isn't the fighters in the ring...
