Synopsis:

In the not-so-distant future, the human world is about to become a barren wasteland of war. God loses faith in humanity, which has been corrupted by endless desires and destructive urges. As a result, God decides once again to pass judgment on mankind, sending Gabriel (Kevin Durand) to lead an army of angels on a mission to exterminate humanity.

However, among the angels, there is one named Michael (Paul Bettany) who deeply sympathizes with humanity. He resolves to protect them in some way from the impending catastrophe that threatens society.
