The Devil's Double (2011)
Plot: The film is adapted from a true story based on the real life of Latif Yahia. He was forced to become a double for Saddam's son, Uday Hussein, known as the "devil."
The order came from Saddam Hussein's palace to the front-line troops. Iraqi native officer Latif Yahia was summoned to Saddam's family, and he was required to serve directly for the supreme dictator of this country. However, he wasn't summoned there to be a bodyguard but to "transform" into Saddam's eldest son, Uday Hussein. Uday Hussein was the notorious dark prince, infamous for his cruelty and ruthlessness. He was passionate about luxuries, sports cars, parties, and most importantly, beautiful women.
To avoid getting himself into more trouble, Yahia had no choice but to learn how to become Uday's double, imitating his speech, walk, and eating habits. Nonetheless, learning these external aspects was relatively simple; Yahia could never grasp Uday's mannerisms. He showed no interest in the easily obtainable beauties, sports cars, drugs, or violence. But this left no room for negotiation, and Yahia was pushed into becoming Uday.
In this place full of traps, Yahia had to carefully act as Uday. Over time, he developed a good friendship with Sarab, Uday's attractive and sexy maid. Meanwhile, he also discovered that Sarab was not just an ordinary maid.
As the war between Iraq and Kuwait approached, Yahia felt it was time to escape this ridiculous country and absurd lifestyle. However, Uday's henchmen were everywhere. Could he leave so easily?
