The story tells of an award-winning journalist Cai Ni, who during the investigation of a news story, discovers a shocking secret. A chemical company is conducting a very terrible experiment. They use ordinary people as guinea pigs, looking for an antibody to a new lethal virus (X Plan).

Cai Ni begins to rescue innocent victims, but is discovered by the pharmaceutical company president Sang (Yu Wenle).
