The investigator of the extraterrestrial creature analysis office, Wesley (played by Andy Lau), accidentally meets a blue-blooded woman, Fang Tianya (played by Guan Zhilin), who he met briefly when he was young. Just as he is about to investigate the mystery of the blue-blooded people with her, Fang Tianya is taken away by the FBI for research. Thus, a rescue operation centered around Fang Tianya begins.
