Raymond (played by Louis Koo), Mr. Qiu (played by Michael Wong), Mr. Yang (played by Raymond Lui) and Mr. Wang (played by Yeung Cheung) are all master car thieves. Among them, Mr. Yang loves women, Mr. Wang loves gambling, Raymond is a skilled fighter, while Mr. Qiu is sharp-minded and experienced. Each of them has special skills to steal famous cars and they are adept at using high-tech means to deal with various anti-theft devices, leaving the Hong Kong police at a loss.

In fact, Raymond is an undercover agent sent by the police. Moreover, he is the son of Inspector Gu (played by Patrick Tse), who is in charge of this case. In order to gain Mr. Qiu's trust, he even stole Inspector Gu's new BMW and eventually infiltrated into this car theft gang. He is now searching for evidence, hoping to catch them all at once.
