Every day, thousands of people go into underground parking garages, drive their cars, and then return home safely. But tonight, Grayson McCouch, a financial analyst who has just left his company and descended to the parking area on the fifth floor, will not make it home. He had just completed a night business deal, and when he reached the E5 garage, he found that his car wouldn't start. Worse still, the elevator was out of service, and every stairwell exit was locked. However, Tom (Grayson) will not be alone in being trapped in the parking lot; there are other mysterious individuals around. While anxiously waiting, a bizarre 6000-pound truck appears, with a driver concealed behind tinted glass - his purpose is singular: to ensure that Tom does not leave the garage alive. Over the next six hours, a terrifying game of cat and mouse unfolds. The killer seems intent on testing Tom's will to survive, making him endure the torment of his predicament. Tom must outsmart his pursuer and somehow figure out why someone wants him dead.
