The film presents a complicated relationship between Sandra (played by Asia Argento) and Miles, an ex-banker who is entangled in a debt crisis (played by Michael Madsen), as they are both lovers and partners in a certain kind of deal. Subsequently, Sandra gets into a import-export company co-owned by Lester (played by Jackie Wu) and his wife Qiu (played by Michelle Lynn), but she unexpectedly gets dragged into a much bigger whirlpool. Sandra becomes Lester's lover, while the assassination list in Lester's hand surprisingly contains Miles' name... So who is actually manipulating all of this behind the scenes?
