New Line Cinema and HBO have finally put together "Sex and the City: The Movie", with Sarah Jessica Parker, Kim Cattrall, Kristin Davis, and Cynthia Nixon still starring as the beautiful heroines. It wasn't easy, as the plan was shelved for far too long due to Kim Cattrall's lack of cooperation.
