One man, one car! In the blink of an eye, cutting through the wind comes Ma Jun, a detective known for his fierce hatred of evil. Ma Jun's target is the growing Vietnamese triad gang led by three brothers: Cha Ge, Tony, and A Hu. Ma Jun assigns his trusted subordinate, Hua Sheng, to go undercover as a mole close to Cha Ge. Relying on his intelligence, competence, and fighting skills, Hua Sheng earns Cha Ge's unwavering trust and becomes his personal bodyguard.

In the intense confrontation between Ma Jun and the gang, Hua Sheng's undercover identity is exposed, nearly costing him his life. To escape justice, Cha Ge eliminates all witnesses and evidence in one night. On the eve of Cha Ge's sentencing, Hua Sheng remains the only witness. A Hu risks his life to eliminate Hua Sheng, leading to a fierce battle between Ma Jun and A Hu in the confined space of an elevator. A Hu is ultimately killed, and though Ma Jun saves Hua Sheng, Hua Sheng is forced to leave Ma Jun behind to rescue his kidnapped girlfriend.

On the day of the verdict, Hua Sheng appears but claims amnesia, resulting in Cha Ge's acquittal. Determined to save Hua Sheng, Ma Jun shifts his focus to Cha Ge, threatening to take him hostage in exchange for Hua Sheng. Battling against the elements during a typhoon, Ma Jun infiltrates a wooden house district to confront Cha Ge and Tony. Hua Sheng, wanting to ensure his girlfriend's safe departure, reluctantly leaves Ma Jun surrounded by dozens of enemies. Despite this, Ma Jun remains resolute, believing that only an unyielding attitude can combat evil. Moved by Ma Jun's determination, Hua Sheng returns to assist. Together, Ma Jun and Hua Sheng engage in the final showdown against the Tony brothers!
