The Smiths, played by Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, appear to be an enviable couple in the eyes of others. However, each of them belongs to a secret organization and has concealed their identity as "professional assassins" from each other. It wasn't until a coinciding assassination mission that the covert struggle between the couple resulted in both being injured.
In the process of investigating who ruined their operations, the couple gradually began to suspect each other. When the wife inadvertently revealed her agility during dinner to her equally skilled killer husband, their two-story villa, where they had lived together for seven years, instantly turned into a killing ground.
