Fighting Bull Plot Introduction:
The story of "Fighting Bull" is set during the Anti-Japanese War. The Communist International sent a Dutch dairy cow to China's anti-Japanese base area to provide nutrition for injured soldiers. However, as the Japanese were about to enter the village, the comrades in the base area had no choice but to transfer and entrusted the cow to a local villager for care. This villager was played by Huang Bo, who initially refused to take the cow, but the village chief tempted him with the promise of marrying him to Jiu'er (played by Yan Ni), persuading him to accept this mission. Who would have thought that this cow would force Huang Bo to outwit the Japanese soldiers, bandits, and a wandering quack doctor.
The movie "Fighting Bull" tells the story of the Anti-Japanese War period when the Eighth Route Army entrusted a dairy cow to a village for care. To keep his promise, villager Niu Er lived side by side with the cow, and after liberation, he finally brought the cow to the People's Liberation Army. Director Guan Hu and lead actor Huang Bo appeared on "Love to Talk Movies" to tell the audience the sweet and sour stories behind the movie "Fighting Bull." How did one man and one cow manage to deal with a group of Japanese soldiers and bandits? How did Huang Bo act alongside a cow? Why was he repeatedly injured during the filming process?
