Three months ago, a killer named Chaff Charles (played by Jason Statham) went through the most adventurous and exciting day of his life. In 24 hours, he was constantly running and killing, and a fatal poison was injected into his body. When everyone thought Chaff would die, he miraculously came back to life; now, Chaff Charles is facing a brand new day, and he still has to survive in an extremely special way...

The bad-tempered Chaff was injected with a special poison by the killer group. He must always stay in a highly excited state, otherwise he will die from the toxic attack. After Chaff completed a series of retaliatory killings, he eventually could not resist the harm of the poison and passed out. Heart transplant surgery is not easy, Miles is at a loss, and Chaff and his team are also at a loss. Chaff reconnected with his girlfriend Eva (played by Amy Smart), and he began to decide to take revenge on those who made him like this.
