Plot introduction:
The story takes place during Harry Potter's sixth year at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry (1996-1997). Rufus Scrimgeour replaces Cornelius Fudge as the Minister of Magic. The reason is that the people in the wizarding world believe that Cornelius Fudge did not handle Voldemort's earlier attacks on the wizarding world properly.
