Plot Introduction:

The year 2018. Ten years after "Judgment Day," human modern civilization has been destroyed by the nuclear war initiated by the supercomputer "Skynet." The Earth has lost its vitality, and coldness, darkness, and despair now rule this blue planet. Most humans have died in the nuclear strikes, while the few survivors hide in deserts, shelters, and amidst city ruins, living in constant fear. They do not know if they will have enough luck to evade the robot hunting squads sent out by "Skynet." Only a small group of survivors believe that to survive, they must take up arms and resist the robotic Terminators controlled by "Skynet."

Even before "Skynet" was built, John Connor (played by Christian Bale) knew - unfortunately, he was the only one in the world who knew - that "Judgment Day" would eventually come. He was born entangled with "Skynet" (certainly, none of you have forgotten John Connor's bizarre origins, especially the young John portrayed by Edward Furlong in the second installment).
