"Spider-Man 3" features three major villains: Venom, Sandman, and the second Green Goblin. Among them, Sandman is the main villain in this movie. His shiny body can transform into a sand-like substance, allowing him to move around freely. Venom comes from an alien meteorite substance injected into Spider-Man's body, which turns his suit black. On the surface, Spider-Man's powers seem significantly enhanced, but that's not the case. Venom is like a villainous version of Spider-Man, with a spider emblem on his chest too. The second Green Goblin is played by Harry, the son of the first Green Goblin from the first movie, who takes on the role to seek revenge.

In "Spider-Man 3", Spider-Man only wears his original red and blue suit at the beginning and end of the movie. For most of the film, he appears in a black suit. Spider-Man's relationship with his girlfriend also deepens, but the movie hints that their story might end tragically.

In "Spider-Man 3", one of Spider-Man's family members dies. Fans initially thought it would be his girlfriend, but it turns out to be Spider-Man's aunt and his friend Harry. Although Harry fights a fierce battle with Spider-Man in the movie to avenge his father, he eventually regains his conscience and joins Spider-Man as the second Green Goblin to fight against Venom and Sandman. Unfortunately, he doesn't survive in the end.
