Goro Noda, 25 years old, resides in the warehouse of an abandoned factory. He lives off scams with his companions Koji, Jun, and Tatsuo. This dreamless and futureless life is perfect for Goro, who enjoys a peaceful and tranquil existence after an extraordinary past. Goro meets fortune-teller Keiko Koike, they fall in love and become special presences that illuminate each other's lives. One day, Goro successfully scams another sum of money. On his way home, he stumbles upon a kidnapping; the victim being a key witness to a bribery case involving a prominent official. From this point on, RCA, a secret organization backed by powerful political figures, extends its sinister hand towards Goro. His companions are killed one by one, and Keiko falls in front of him with the sound of a gunshot. The fire of vengeance ignites Goro's blood, transforming him back into a ruthless antihero.
