In the Song Dynasty, Ximen Qing (played by Lin Weijian), a young man from a prestigious family, is not only handsome but also endowed with extraordinary talents. He inherits his father's (played by Xu Shaoqiang) medical and pharmacological skills, particularly excelling in yang-restoring techniques. As he comes of age, his father arranges for a charming courtesan (played by Kaera Uehara) to reside in their home, ostensibly as a guest from an old family friend, but in reality, she is there to instruct Ximen Qing in the art of seduction and the skills of pleasing women. His father teaches him to savor the pleasures of the flesh while avoiding emotional attachments, emphasizing self-preservation at the expense of others.
