The story describes how the lecherous Feng San from the Ming Dynasty raped and killed a princess. Imperial bodyguard Fang Shouzheng is tasked with arresting his master. During the chase, Feng San attempts to steal the sect's treasure, the Black Jade Buddha, in order to travel through time and space, but is stopped by Fang. The two fall off a cliff and are buried in the snow. In modern times, their bodies, which have been frozen in ice, are discovered by a Chinese geological research team. When the bodies are being transported to the US for research, they are accidentally thawed out in Hong Kong after coming into contact with a live wire. Fang Shouzheng meets delinquent girl Yu, becoming her personal bodyguard. Feng San joins the Big Circle Gang and perpetrates various crimes. When Fang reads in the paper that Feng San is also in Hong Kong, he resumes his pursuit.
