I believe all boyfriends know how terrible it is when women get angry, and don't expect them to be rational when facing a wedding. This movie's story vividly shows us how the anger of two women can turn a wedding into a World War II battlefield. The two protagonists, Liv (Kate Hudson) and Emma (Anne Hathaway), are close friends who have grown up together, almost like sisters, inseparable. Naturally, such close friends would share every little detail of their lives, including the small secrets that young girls often confide in each other. The conflict begins at the wedding of another mutual friend, where the flower-tossing ceremony by the bride plants the seeds for the impending war.
