A pure romantic story, linking the relationship of three people: A Ling (Gloria Jang), Xiao Zhen (Stephy Tang), and Rex (Marco Ho). Since childhood, A Ling has suffered from leukemia, but with an optimistic personality, she doesn't worry about it. However, knowing her life is limited, she keeps her love hidden in her heart and doesn't inform her good friends Rex and Xiao Zhen about her condition.
Xiao Zhen came to Hong Kong from the mainland with her mother when she was young, making a living by selling fish. With an introverted personality, Xiao Zhen isn't good at expressing herself. Her character contrasts with A Ling's, one being cold and the other hot, yet they become mutual caring good friends. Xiao Zhen has feelings for Rex, but Rex hasn't shown any interest, and Xiao Zhen hasn't noticed another boy, Alex (Chris Xu), who quietly admires her.
Rex, with great talent in music, composes a piece for a competition, which he created for the girl he loves. However, he never reveals her name. As graduation approaches and the three go their separate ways, their relationships remain unchanged until A Ling is hospitalized due to illness, breaking the silence of their emotions...
