Rafi (Uma Thurman), a recently divorced Manhattan woman. At 37, despite her successful career, she is at a loss about the future due to love. An unexpected encounter happens with Daf (Brian Greenberg), a 23-year-old genius painter from Brooklyn, who falls in love with Rafi. Although Rafi is also very attracted to the vibrant Daf, the significant age difference between them makes her hesitant.
Fortunately, Rafi's psychiatrist, Lisa (Meryl Streep), is open-minded. As both a therapist and a mother figure, although she is not entirely sure if Daf is Rafi's true love (he is only 23 after all!), she absolutely encourages Rafi to seek her true love and happiness. With Lisa's guidance and help, Rafi finally opens her heart.
