【Wig Wearing Instructions】

1- Divide your own hair into 2 or more bundles (depending on your hair volume and length)

★ Wig Wearing Method:

★ Wig Care Instructions:

• Try not to expose the wig to high temperatures, as the material is not heat resistant.

• Do not dye the wig. If trimming is needed, please ask a professional stylist to trim and style the wig.

• Generally, wash the wig every 1-2 months, depending on the frequency of use.

• Wash with cold or warm water. Use regular shampoo, and conditioner can be used if desired.

• After washing, try not to dry the wig with a blow dryer or other high-temperature devices. Instead, use a dry towel to gently absorb excess water and place it in a ventilated area, avoiding direct sunlight which may damage the wig.

• Do not comb the wig immediately after washing. Wait until it is dry before combing.

• Use a wig-specific comb, not a plastic comb.

• For curly wigs, generally do not use a comb. Simply tidy the curls by hand after each use.

• If the wig gets tangled after long use, do not pull hard. Instead, spray a non-oily wig-specific care solution and carefully untangle it.

• Note: Do not spray gel water, hair wax, or other styling agents meant for real hair on the wig, as this will make the wig sticky.

• Using a non-oily wig-specific care solution can make the wig soft and shiny, prevent static electricity, and keep the wig moisturized, just like when it was newly purchased!

• Wigs can be tied up, but not too high, otherwise your real hair may show.

• When combing longer wigs, divide the wig into sections and comb from bottom to top. Be gentle and patient.

• A small amount of shedding during arrangement and wearing is normal.

• When not in use, store the wig in its original packaging. Shake it before wearing, and it will return to its original shape.

Question 1: I have ** face shape/ I'll send you a photo, can JJ help me choose the most suitable ff?

Answer: Everyone's features are different, so we cannot generalize. Moreover, a lady's face shape is not necessarily suited to only one style of ff, so such questions are difficult for JJ to answer promptly. Ladies can first select hairstyles they like, then tell JJ, and he will provide references.

Question 2: Can I wear short hair if my own hair is very long?

Answer: Your own hair needs to be tied up and tucked inside the wig, so it is irrelevant to your own hair length. Any lady can wear a wig. Tie your hair into two braids, flip them up, and flatten them with clips, spreading all your hair flat across your head. You can also use our store's hairnet to cover your real hair for convenience. Ask JJ for specific instructions, and he will teach you.

Question 3: Is it hot to wear a wig in summer?

Answer: The top of the wig is designed with breathable mesh, and it depends on individual sensory perception. Many ladies have worn it all summer.

Question 4: Can I wear the wig outside during the day? Will it look fake?

Answer: The hair strands are very realistic, fine, and soft, with good luster and texture. Many ladies wear them daily to work or school, so there's no need to worry.

Question 5: Are the wig strands made of real human hair? What material are they?

Answer: They are not made of real human hair. Human hair doesn't grow that long, and if it does, it costs over a thousand yuan. Question 6: Hair color issues.

Question 8: Does the wig shed hair? Can it be combed?

Answer: After receiving a new wig, some loose hairs (those woven most loosely) will shed. After combing out the loose hairs, there won't be much shedding afterward. So, if you notice shedding after receiving the wig, don't worry. Wigs should be combed with steel-toothed combs; plastic or wooden combs damage the hair strands. Except for very curly wigs that don't need combing, others can be combed. When combing, wear the wig and comb starting from the roots, holding them down while combing. Avoid pulling forcefully, start by combing the lower parts, then move upward.

Question 9: Can the wig be dyed or curled by oneself?

Answer: Wigs cannot be dyed or heated by oneself, as temperature control is difficult, and overheating can cause the hair strands to burn. Therefore, avoid using hairdryers for heating; use cold air instead. Other physical modifications, like trimming, are possible.

Question 10: How to clean the wig?

Answer: Wigs generally don't get dirty easily, so they don't need frequent washing. If worn daily, wash every 2-3 months; if not worn often, wash every six months or more. Wash with cold or warm water, using regular shampoo, and conditioner can be used if desired. During washing, pour shampoo into water and soak the wig inside, gently rubbing it. Question 21: Do wigs tangle easily?

Answer: All our wigs are made of 100% imported top-grade Japanese fibers, of excellent quality. Human hair often tangles and has static problems, but Kanekalon fibers have characteristics of being non-toxic and having memory functions, meaning they can maintain their initial hairstyle and won't tangle easily.
