【Wig Wearing Instructions】
1 - Divide your own hair into two or more bundles (depending on your hair volume and length)
2 - Braid the divided hair into braids (I believe everyone can do this=.=)
3 - Use clips to fix the hair at the back of the head (use more clips if you have thick hair)
Note: Ladies, when styling your hair, never braid the braids on top of your head, because it will make the area bulge. You should braid them in the hollow area at the back of your head.
4 - Wear a hairnet (so that no one will notice after wearing the wig)
5 - Wear the beautiful wig (There are size adjustment buttons inside the wig cap. You can adjust it to the suitable size by yourself)
【Wig Care】
1 - Try not to expose the wig to high temperature, as the material is not heat-resistant
2 - If the wig gets tangled and difficult to comb after long use, do not pull hard. Instead, spray the wig with a non-oily specialized wig conditioner, then carefully untangle it.
3 - The usage method of the non-oily specialized wig conditioner is very simple: before wearing, lightly spray it on the wig. It will make the wig smooth and shiny, prevent static electricity, and keep the wig moisturized like it was just bought!
4 - For longer wigs, when combing, divide the wig into several sections, comb from bottom to top, be gentle and patient.
5 - During the process of styling and wearing, some shedding is normal.

Question 1: I am ** face shape/I will send you a photo, can you help me choose the most suitable ff?
Answer: Everyone's features are different, so we cannot generalize. Moreover, one's face shape is not limited to only one style of ff, so such questions are hard for BB to answer promptly. Ladies can first select hairstyles they like, then inform us, and we will provide references accordingly.
Question 2: My own hair is very long, can I wear short hair?
Answer: Your own hair needs to be tied up and placed inside the wig, so it has nothing to do with your own hair. Any lady can wear a wig. Tie your own hair into two braids, flip them over and secure with clips, laying all the hair flat on your head. You can also use our store's hairnet to cover your own hair for convenience.
Question 3: Is it hot to wear a wig in summer?
Answer: The top of the wig is designed with breathable mesh, and it varies according to individual sensation. Many ladies wear it throughout the summer.
Question 4: Can I wear the wig outside during the day? Will it look fake?
Answer: The hair strands are very realistic, fine, and soft, with good luster and texture. Many ladies wear it daily for work or school, so there is no need to worry.
Question 5: Are the hair strands of the wig made of real human hair? What material is it made of?
Answer: It is not made of real human hair. Human hair doesn't grow that long, and even if it does, it costs over a thousand. Even the short hair worn by grandmothers costs over 500 RMB~ This is Japanese imported hair, with excellent luster and texture!
Question 6: Hair color issues.
Answer: Due to lighting and camera reasons, some photos may have significant color differences. Ladies who are picky about colors must inquire about color issues with BB before purchasing.
Question 7: Will the wig fall off when the wind blows?
Answer: There are elastic bands inside, and the size can be adjusted. Even dance students wear it every day, so it is very secure. Ladies, rest assured... Of course, if you pull forcefully, it won't hold.
Question 8: Will the wig shed hair? Can it be combed?
Answer: After receiving a new wig, some loose hairs will fall out, which are the ones woven the loosest. After combing out the loose hairs, it won't shed much afterward. So don't worry if you find shedding when you receive the wig. Use a steel-toothed comb for combing. Plastic or wooden combs damage the hair strands. Except for extremely curly wigs which don't need combing, others can be combed. When combing, wear it on your head and comb while holding the roots, avoid pulling hard. Comb the lower part first, then from the upper part downward.
Question 9: Can the wig be dyed or curled?
Answer: The wig cannot be dyed or heated by yourself, as you cannot control the temperature. Excessive heat will cause the hair strands to burn. Therefore, do not use a hairdryer to heat it. Cold air can be used.
Other physical processes like trimming are possible.
Question 10: How to wash the wig?
Answer: Wash with cold or warm water, regular shampoo works fine, and you can use a bit of conditioner. Depending on how often you wear it, generally wash it once every 2-3 months. Let it air dry naturally after washing.
Question 11: How to store the wig regularly?
Answer: Store it with something to support it. When wearing, just take it out and comb it a few times.
Question 12: Can the wig be tied up?
Answer: Except for high ponytails, other ways are okay. High ponytails will expose the hairnet underneath.
Question 13: How to maintain and care for the wig regularly?
Answer: The wig does not require special care. After each wear, just slowly comb the messy parts neatly. For very curly hair, separate it gently by hand. Do not leave it messy, otherwise, it will tangle more and more! Patience and care are required to love it properly.
Question 14: Can I come to your store to select one?
Answer: BB does not have a physical store, and since I am usually working, transactions are generally done without meeting in person.
Question 15: If I find the wig unsuitable after receiving it, can I exchange it?
Answer: After the wig is sent out, under the condition of no quality issues, we do not accept returns or exchanges based on "dislike", "unsuitability", "difference from imagination", etc. If the wrong item or color is sent, please do not cut the tag and inform BB on the same day.
Question 16: How much time does it take to wear a wig? Will it be time-consuming in the morning?
Answer: The first time you wear it, it may take a long time to figure out. Once you get familiar with it, it will only take 2 minutes. It's like wearing contact lenses.
