Plot Summary:

This is a world of ninjas. In the world of Naruto, being a ninja is like being a Hunter in "Hunter x Hunter" or a pirate in "One Piece" — it's the dream of young boys! However, this time our protagonist, Naruto, is different from Gon (who is self-taught) and Luffy; he graduated from the Ninja Academy of the Hidden Leaf Village (though he barely made it and was known as the "dead-last" student, phew).

Since he was a child, Naruto has had the malevolent Nine-Tailed Fox sealed within him, and because of this, he has been neglected by the villagers who do not understand why. Despite his efforts to gain attention through various pranks, the villagers only grow more distant from him. Fortunately, he still has Iruka-sensei who cares for him, which prevents Naruto's personality from becoming warped. He remains full of energy, cheerful, and extremely optimistic.
