Full Summary of Shugo Chara!:
Amu Hinamori, a fifth-grader at Seiyo Academy, is mistakenly rumored to be an incredibly cool and spicy elementary school student due to a misunderstanding. Everyone thinks she's an ultra-cool and sassy girl who’s amazing. In reality, Amu is actually a shy, kind-hearted, and lively girl who often uses cold remarks to hide her timid nature. Determined to face herself, Amu prays to her guardian spirits for the courage to change. To her surprise, the next day she finds three Guardian Eggs on her bed, which help her transform and overcome her insecurities.
On the other hand, there's a group in the school called the "Guardians." They possess powerful guardian characters and are responsible for handling various affairs around the school. They have many privileges and are idolized by many. However, beneath their seemingly glamorous roles, they bear heavy responsibilities. They must fight against their enemies from the organization known as Easter, searching for the legendary magical egg called the Embryo, said to grant any wish.
