A company recently held a groundbreaking ceremony and heavily publicized that Nicholas Tse would be present. However, in the end, they invited a Nicholas Tse impersonator, whose name is Huang Ning. The event's signage still prominently displayed "Nicholas Tse". Nicholas Tse's agent, Manfred Ho, expressed shock and reserved the right to pursue legal action. Emperor Entertainment Group also reserved the right to pursue legal action.

The incident began when a certain company in Hezhou City, Guangxi, recently held a groundbreaking ceremony. In order to create buzz, the company decided to invite Nicholas Tse to boost their publicity and heavily advertised his supposed attendance beforehand.

Unexpectedly, the person they invited was not Nicholas Tse, but an impersonator named Huang Ning. Even though the person was a "fake", the event's signage still prominently displayed "Nicholas Tse." Fans who witnessed this scene were very angry, believing that this "fake Nicholas Tse" had deceived everyone.

Subsequently, someone informed Nicholas Tse's agent, Manfred Ho, about this impersonation incident. Upon receiving the news, Manfred Ho was shocked and stated that she would immediately address the matter: "Reply to all media friends: Our company absolutely will not tolerate anyone imitating our artists, which could lead to any impact or loss on the image of our artists. Our company reserves the right to pursue legal action."

The "fake Nicholas Tse" feels wronged

Everyone directed their criticism at "fake Nicholas Tse" Huang Ning, who also felt very wronged. This morning, Huang Ning said that he did not know that the organizers had him impersonate Nicholas Tse, "This joke is too big!!! You've lived for over sixty years, you should know the difference between right and wrong! How dare you directly use Nicholas Tse's name for your company's ribbon-cutting ceremony!!! Are you crazy?! And you even told everyone I am Nicholas Tse, even crazier, everyone believed it!!! If I still attend today's ribbon-cutting ceremony, then I'm truly sick! Do you want to ruin me?!"

Despite this, he still attended the ribbon-cutting ceremony. Afterwards, he apologized, "I, Huang Ning, deeply apologize to Mr. Nicholas Tse and his affiliated company regarding the groundbreaking ribbon-cutting ceremony of Jiudian Company in Hezhou City, Guangxi this morning! During this event, I repeatedly emphasized to the organizer that under no circumstances should the name 'Nicholas Tse' appear at the event site or in its promotion, including five minutes before the ribbon-cutting ceremony." Huang Ning mentioned that he went on stage "for the sake of a friend," and that he did not receive a single cent for this event.
