The Memorial Service for Dorothy Chan The memorial service titled "Sister Fat, We Will Forever Miss You" was held at the Hong Kong Coliseum in Hung Hom on the afternoon of February 2nd, where Hong Kong audiences paid tribute to their beloved "comic relief."
Dorothy Chan's memorial service began at 2 PM and lasted for over two hours. Her family, close friends, and 6,000 citizens of Hong Kong attended the event. On the evening of February 2nd at 8 PM, TVB held a special evening titled "Tribute from Ten Thousand Hearts: Final Respect to Our Sister Fat," during which several artists performed songs that were favorites of Dorothy Chan during her lifetime. Additionally, the Hong Kong Film Archive will host the "Dorothy Chan Memorial Exhibition" from March 7th to 16th, showcasing a series of classic films starring Dorothy Chan, including "Riches Come Knocking."
The venue was filled with wreaths and floral tributes from people across all walks of life, many adorned with the flowers that Dorothy Chan loved most during her lifetime.
