According to Phoenix Television, the famous artist Shen Dianxia passed away at 8:38 AM on February 19, 2008, in Hong Kong's Mary Hospital. She was 60 years old. She was born in Shanghai and nicknamed "Fatty", hailed as a "comic". She moved to Hong Kong in 1958 and became famous in 1960 as a child actor in the movie "A Thousand Scarlet Flowers". In the 80s, she was a long-time host of TVB's television programs and hosted the show "Happy Tonight". Later, she transferred to Asia Television, and not long after, moved to Canada. In 1996, she was invited to act in the mainland film "Diet Travel Group" which set an excellent box office record.
