More than 40 years ago, Chiu Sai-chung spent tens of millions to buy the luxury residence known as Chiu Garden, and yesterday held the third phase of the topping-out ceremony. The event invited 19 Miss China contestants to participate in the celebration, where they wore bikinis and had lunch with Mr. Chiu. Contestant number 17, E Chen, who resembles Zhang Ziyi, praised Mr. Chiu's enthusiasm but frankly stated that due to his flirtatious nature, she wouldn't want to be his girlfriend, fearing that she couldn't keep a close eye on him!
When asked why he didn't bring his current girlfriend to the event, Mr. Chiu laughed and said, "All my girlfriends have to stay away; they are not allowed to come. (Am I not afraid of angering them?) Any girlfriend of mine must be generous."
