In the recently popular "Three Kingdoms", Yang Tong has played so many characters that he himself cannot count them all.
He is an "extra", standing by every day on the set, ready to step in whenever the production team needs someone. Thus, dressed in a light brown coat, he becomes one of Cao Cao's servants, smiling as he presents jewels and silk to Guan Yu, only to be immediately turned away; with a black hat on, he turns into one of Shu's soldiers, shouting "Report—", running with all his might until he enters the tent, then kneeling before Liu Bei with a loud thud. Even more often, he stands behind the main characters, without his face even appearing in the shot.
On various websites, screenshots of him playing different roles have begun to be widely shared. Someone calculated that he appears on average once every 1.5 episodes, with screen time exceeding that of many of the main actors; others have given him a popular internet title: "The Extraordinaire of the Three Kingdoms".
