【Wig Wearing】

1 - Divide your own hair into 2 bundles or more (depending on your hair volume and length)

2 - Braid the divided hair into braids (I believe everyone can braid =.=)

3 - Use clips to fix the hair at the back of your head (use more clips if you have more hair)

Note: Ladies, when styling your hair, never coil the braids on top of your head, as this will cause bulges. Instead, coil the braids at the concave area at the back of your head.

4 - Wear a hairnet (so that it won't be visible when wearing the wig)

5 - Wear the beautiful wig (there are size adjustment buckles in the wig cap, so adjust to a suitable size)

【Wig Care】

1- Try to avoid high temperatures, as the material makes wigs not heat-resistant.

2- If the wig gets tangled after prolonged use and is hard to comb, do not pull forcefully. Instead, spray the wig with a non-oily dedicated wig care solution and carefully untangle it.

3- Using the non-oily dedicated wig care solution is simple: lightly spray it on the wig before wearing it. This will make the wig soft and shiny, prevent static electricity, and keep it moisturized like when it was first bought.

4- When combing longer wigs, divide the wig into several sections and comb from bottom to top. Be gentle and patient.

5- During the process of styling and wearing, a small amount of hair shedding is normal.

Common Questions:

Question 1: I have a ×× face shape/I'll send you a photo, can you help me choose the most suitable ff?

Answer: Everyone's features are different, so it's not one-size-fits-all. Moreover, not every girl's face shape suits only one style of ff, so such questions are hard for BB to answer promptly. Girls can first select hairstyles they like, then tell us, and we'll give references.

Question 2: My own hair is long, can I wear short hair?

Answer: Your own hair needs to be tied up and tucked inside the wig, so it's unrelated to your own hair. Any girl can wear a wig. Tie your own hair into two braids, flip them up, and flatten them with clips. All the hair should be flat on your head. You can also use the store's hairnet to cover your own hair for convenience.

Question 3: Is it hot to wear a wig in summer?

Answer: The top of the wig is designed with breathable mesh, and it varies depending on each person's perception. Many girls have worn it all summer.

Question 4: Can I wear the wig outside during the day? Will it look fake?

Answer: The hair strands are very realistic, fine, and soft, with good luster and texture. Many girls wear them daily to work or school, so no need to worry.

Question 5: Are the wig strands real human hair? What material are they made of?

Answer: They are not real human hair. Real human hair doesn't come in such lengths unless it costs thousands. Even grandma's short hair wigs cost over 500 RMB~ These are imported Japanese fibers with excellent luster and texture!

Question 6: Hair color issues.

Answer: Due to lighting and camera reasons, some photos may have significant color differences. Girls who are picky about colors must inquire about color-related questions from BB before purchasing.

Question 7: Will the wig fall off when the wind blows while wearing it?

Answer: There are elastic bands inside, and the size can be adjusted. Also, dance students wear them daily, so they are quite secure. Don't worry, but pulling forcefully definitely won't work.

Question 8: Does the wig shed hair? Can it be combed?

Answer: New wigs will shed some loose hairs initially, which are the ones loosely woven. After combing out the loose hairs, shedding will decrease. So don't worry if you notice shedding upon receiving the wig. Use a steel-toothed comb for grooming; plastic or wooden combs damage the hair strands. Except for very curly wigs that don't need combing, others can be combed. Comb while wearing the wig, hold the roots gently, don't pull forcefully. Start combing from the bottom and move upwards.

Question 9: Can the wig be dyed or curled?

Answer: Wigs cannot be dyed or heated by yourself because you cannot control the temperature, which might cause the hair strands to burn. So don't use a hairdryer to heat it. Cold air can be used. Other physical modifications like trimming are allowed.

Question 10: How to wash the wig?

Answer: Wash with cold or warm water, regular shampoo is fine, and conditioner can be used. Depending on how often it's worn, generally wash once every 2-3 months. Air dry naturally after washing.

Question 11: How to store the wig normally?

Answer: Support it with something when storing, and simply comb it a bit before wearing.

Question 12: Can the wig be tied up?

Answer: All methods except high ponytails are acceptable. High ponytails would expose the hairnet underneath.

Question 13: How to maintain and style the wig regularly?

Answer: The wig doesn't require special maintenance. After each use, just slowly comb out any messy parts. For very curly hair, separate it carefully by hand, don't leave it messy. Otherwise, it will tangle more and more! Patience and care are necessary to love it properly.

Question 14: Can I come to your store to select?

Answer: BB doesn't have a physical store, and working makes it inconvenient to meet in person, so generally, transactions are done without meeting.

Question 15: If I find the wig unsuitable after purchase, can I exchange it?

Answer: Once the wig is shipped, we do not accept returns or exchanges based on "dislike", "unsuitability", or "different from expectations" under any circumstances. If the wrong item or color is sent, please don't cut the tag and inform BB on the same day.

Question 16: How long does it take to wear a wig? Will it take a lot of time in the morning?

Answer: The first time, it might take a while to figure out, but with practice, it can be done in less than 2 minutes, similar to wearing contact lenses.
