The Nude Photos of the First Lady of France Were Auctioned

The black-and-white nude photo of the first lady of France, Bruni, failed to be auctioned two days ago. The photo was taken when she was a model before marriage. It was withdrawn from the auction due to failure. Bruni's sensual nude photo was priced at 4000 euros in Paris Drouot Auction House two days ago, but no one showed interest after the bid reached 5800 euros (about 11,969 Singapore dollars).
The auction house said that the German seller of the first lady of France's photo decided to take back the collection because it did not reach the reserve price in his mind.
Another identical nude photo of Bruni was sold at a high price of $91,000 (about 126,372 Singapore dollars) last April in New York, which was 30 times higher than the estimated price. Both photos were taken by French photographer Comte in 1993. Bruni was still a supermodel in Italy at that time. She later became a singer and married French President Sarkozy many years later.
