On the evening of October 6, 2009, the finals of the 2009 New Silk Road World Bikini Miss Competition concluded in Beihai City, Guangxi. Among the 46 bikini beauties from 35 countries and regions around the world, Chinese contestant Duan Xiaojie, only 19 years old, won the championship of the competition with her steady performance and outstanding台风 (stage presence). French contestant Louise Ami obtained the runner-up prize, and Finnish contestant Lena came in third.
